Best Way To Lose Weight

Hi, I’m Carrie and thanks for visiting my site. The purpose of this website is to provide the best advice and resources on how to lose weight. We look into the best ways to lose weight quick but most importantly they must be safe and healthy.

If you’re like me and the majority of my readers then you probably have had little success with the major diet brands and the weight loss tips they give. I struggled for a long time using the methods taught by a number of the large companies… who will go unnamed. But it wasn’t until I found some methods that worked for me that I started to slim down and lose the pounds and the process was actually fairly easy.

The good news is that the weight loss methods we recommend do not require you to cut out all your favorite foods in order to reduce body fat. And you do not have to spend countless hours at the gym either. You can do it all from your home even if you have kids running around and a million different chores to do.

Here’s What Happened…

In the past I have always been a fairly active person and did not really have a problem staying in relatively good shape. I used to exercise a few times a week and that was always enough for me. But after my baby was born and the inevitable change in lifestyle I began to pile on the pounds.

I stopped exercising and was not eating what you could call a balanced diet. I felt uncomfortable going to an event or social function and really lost confidence in myself. The result was that after 5 months of this I decided it had to change.

My first attempts with a couple of the big diet brands were not great. I ended up spending a lot of money and got almost no results. And it wasn’t due to lack of effort either. I followed the plans and did what I was recommended but it was such a slow and gruelling process I decided to look elsewhere.

But then I discovered Rob & Kalen…

Rob & Kalen are husband and wife and they both managed to shift their excess weight and they did it eating food they enjoy. Kalen even dropped 8 dress sizes!
